Privacy notice

Effective from: 8 October 2026

This notice describes what happens to your personal data when you send a message through the contact form on instram.hu. Apart from that, the site collects no data: it uses no cookies, no tracking and no external font service.

What data we process

What you enter in the form: name, organisation, position, email address, phone number, the subject of your interest and your message. Name, organisation and email address are required; the rest is optional.

To prevent abuse, the server keeps an irreversible digest of your IP address for at most one hour, so that no more than five messages an hour can arrive from one address.

For what purpose, on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry, to arrange a demo or trial access, and to give you a quotation. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give when you send the form and may withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

For one year after the enquiry is closed, or until you withdraw your consent.

Who has access

Your message reaches the controller by email; we do not pass it on to third parties. The site and the delivery of the email are run by the hosting provider: Rackhost Zrt., 6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41..

Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct or erase it, to restrict its processing, or to give it to you in a machine-readable form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@instram.hu.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu), or go to court.
